2. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, it is our policy to:

    - Promptly remove or disable access to material that we believe in good faith, based on a proper notice, is infringing;

    - Terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

A “repeat infringer” is defined as any user who has received two or more valid DMCA takedown notices and/or has otherwise repeatedly violated the rights of others or our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate user accounts, remove content, and take any other necessary action in response to violations of this policy or applicable law, even if a single incident is deemed sufficiently serious.

3. Other Violations

In addition to copyright infringement, users who engage in the following may also be subject to account termination:

    - Trademark infringement

    - Harassment, hate speech, or other violations of community guidelines

    - Posting harmful, abusive, illegal, or fraudulent content

    - Repeated breaches of our Terms of Service

We reserve the right to evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and to act without prior notice if circumstances warrant.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification pursuant to the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
